I know this kind of puzzle as a cross sum, but there are other names. Feel free to learn the tips and tricks of this art elsewhere.

For the 3rd column, we have sum/digit = 15. The sum can be at most 17. It has to be at least 15, because it’s divided by at least 1. So the sum has to be 15. So the digit has to be 1.
